ABOUT FORSA
Graduate Readiness UAE
Building a Measurable
Standard for Graduate Readiness in the UAE
Forsa is a UAE -based Graduate Readiness Platform designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring graduates are ready for real-world work environments.
- Graduate readiness should not be assumed.
- It should be defined and measured.
Across the UAE, employers continue to report variability in entry-level workforce readiness. Forsa exists to bring structure, data, and clarity to this challenge.
Our Starting Point: Data Before Design
Forsa begins not with a program, but with research. Our study gathers parallel insight from: Employers, Universities, and Students. This triangulated model examines readiness from three perspectives:

Designed readiness (universities)

Perceived readiness (students)

Experienced readiness (employers)
All data is anonymized and reported in aggregate. Only after structured analysis do we move toward model development
What We Measure
Workplace readiness extends beyond technical knowledge. Forsa focuses on the non-technical dimensions that influence how graduates interpret situations, exercise judgment, and operate within organizational systems. These factors shape early-career performance more reliably than academic indicators alone.
From Insight
to Structured Readiness
The purpose of the triangulated study is not to publish reports alone. It is to identify measurable patterns across the ecosystem and inform the development of a structured graduate readiness standard for the UAE. Details of the readiness framework will follow formal accreditation processes. Evidence first. Design second.
Positioning for the
Next Phase of Graduate Outcomes
As accreditation requirements and hiring expectations evolve across the UAE, clearer readiness indicators will become central to institutional differentiation and hiring confidence. Forsa is contributing to that definition, deliberately and grounded in data.
